  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Eggs

Dry Ingredients:

  • ¼ tsp. Baking Soda
  • ¼ tsp. Salt
  • ½ cup All-Purpose Flour
  • ½ cup Cocoa Powder

Additions:

  • 1 ½ cup Chocolate Chips*

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9”X9” square metal baking pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Melt the butter and set it aside to cool.
  2. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Add eggs and stir until fully incorporated.
  3. Combine Dry and Wet Ingredients: Add baking soda, salt, flour, and cocoa powder to the wet ingredients. Stir until well combined. Fold in chocolate chips. The batter will be thick.
  4. Bake: Spread the batter into the prepared pan. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
