For the Mocktail:

  • 1 cup fresh lime juice (or the juice of about 8 limes)
  • 24 tbsp pure maple syrup or raw honey to sweeten
  • 1/2 tsp Celtic Sea Salt
  • 2 cups organic coconut water
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh watermelon, cubed and rind removed
  • 24 tbsp fresh mint

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Start by cutting your watermelon into cubes, then add 1 cup directly to your blender.
  2. Blend the Ingredients: Add in the lime juice, maple syrup or honey, sea salt, coconut water, and optional Elix Cycle Balance Blend. Blend until well combined.
  3. Strain the Mixture: Pour through a fine mesh strainer into a large bowl to filter out any seeds or pulp.
  4. Assemble the Mocktail: Add ice to a glass, then pour the juice over it. Stir in fresh mint leaves and optional pink glitter.
  5. Serve and Store: Enjoy immediately and store any leftovers in a glass jar in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Notes

  • You can adjust the sweetness of the mocktail by adding more or less maple syrup or honey.
