  • ½1 teaspoon chili crisp adjust for heat
  • Pinch of salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel your carrots into long ribbons: Using a veggie peeler, peel the carrots into long, wide strips. Rotate the carrot as you peel for even ribbons. Snack on the core or save for broths.
