Peach Sorbet:

  • 800 g ripe yellow peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 200 g caster sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice, to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice Peaches: Slice the peaches into 8 sections and peel each slice.
  2. Blend Ingredients: In a food processor, combine peach slices and sugar. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Add Lemon Juice: Once smooth, add lemon juice to taste for a refreshing tang.
  4. Freeze: Transfer the mixture to a container and freeze for 6-7 hours or until firm.
