Salad Greens:
- 5 oz 50/50 blend salad greens
Sugar Snap Peas:
Fresh Strawberries:
- 1/2 lb fresh strawberries
Pumpkin Flax Granola:
- 1/3 cup Pumpkin Flax Granola (Nature’s Path Organic brand recommended)
Pomegranate Vinaigrette Dressing:
- Pomegranate Vinaigrette Dressing (Simply Dressed brand suggested)
- Rinse and dry greens and peas: Rinse and thoroughly dry the salad greens and sugar snap peas. Place them in a large salad bowl.
- Prepare strawberries: Wash and slice the strawberries, then add them to the bowl with the greens and peas.
- Add granola: Sprinkle the Pumpkin Flax Granola evenly over the salad.
- Dress and serve: Just before serving, drizzle the pomegranate vinaigrette dressing over the salad. Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.
