A refreshing and vibrant salad that combines the sweetness of fresh strawberries with the crunch of sugar snap peas, all tossed in a delicious pomegranate vinaigrette dressing and topped with crunchy Pumpkin Flax Granola.

Salad Greens:

  • 5 oz 50/50 blend salad greens

Sugar Snap Peas:

  • 1 cup sugar snap peas

Fresh Strawberries:

  • 1/2 lb fresh strawberries

Pumpkin Flax Granola:

  • 1/3 cup Pumpkin Flax Granola (Nature’s Path Organic brand recommended)

Pomegranate Vinaigrette Dressing:

  • Pomegranate Vinaigrette Dressing (Simply Dressed brand suggested)

Instructions

  1. Rinse and dry greens and peas: Rinse and thoroughly dry the salad greens and sugar snap peas. Place them in a large salad bowl.
  2. Prepare strawberries: Wash and slice the strawberries, then add them to the bowl with the greens and peas.
  3. Add granola: Sprinkle the Pumpkin Flax Granola evenly over the salad.
  4. Dress and serve: Just before serving, drizzle the pomegranate vinaigrette dressing over the salad. Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.
