  • 48 Golden Oreo cookies, ground whole with the filling
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

For the Cream Cheese-Whipped Cream Filling:

  • 3 cups heavy whipping cream
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 12 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

For the Strawberry Crunch Topping:

  • 1 oz. freeze-dried strawberries, coarsely crushed
  • Reserved Oreo crumbs

Instructions

  1. Make the Strawberry Filling: Heat sliced strawberries and strawberry Jello powder in a saucepan until the gelatin dissolves. Set aside to cool.
  2. Prepare the Oreo Crust: Mix Oreo crumbs with melted butter, press ¾ of the mixture into a dish, and chill.
  3. Make the Cream Cheese-Whipped Cream Filling: Whip cream with vanilla and sugar, then fold into a cream cheese mixture.
  4. Layer the Lasagna: Spread cream cheese mixture over the crust, add the strawberry filling, then top with the remaining cream cheese mixture.
  5. Add the Strawberry Crunch Topping: Combine reserved Oreo crumbs with freeze-dried strawberries and sprinkle over the top.
  6. Chill and Serve: Refrigerate the lasagna for at least 4 hours before serving.
