Burger Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped dill pickles
- 1/2 teaspoon pickle juice
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar
Other Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef, 80/20
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 6 slices American cheese
- 6 flour tortillas, street taco size
- Shredded lettuce
- Burger pickles
- (Optional) Other toppings: bacon, white onions

- Make Burger Sauce: Add Burger Sauce ingredients to a small bowl, stir to combine. Set aside.
- Prep Burger Balls: Add ground beef, salt, and pepper to a bowl. Mix to combine. Divide into 6 equal-sized balls. Set aside.
- Prep Other Ingredients: Ensure tortillas, cheese, salt, pepper, and toppings are ready. Preheat griddle. Cook patties, toast tortillas.
- Cook Patties + Toast Tortillas: Flatten patties on griddle, add cheese, cook 2 minutes. Place patties on toasted tortillas.
