Instructions

  1. Combine salt, pepper, and paprika: In a small bowl, mix the salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  2. Apply seasoning to chicken: Coat the chicken evenly with the seasoning mixture.
  3. Heat oil. Cook chicken: Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add chicken thighs and cook for 5 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  4. Remove chicken from skillet: Transfer cooked chicken to a plate and tent with foil to keep warm.
  5. Pour in bang bang sauce: Add the sauce to the skillet, scraping up browned bits. Simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Put chicken back into skillet: Return chicken to the skillet, coating each piece with the sauce.
