Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 box Kraft Macaroni and Cheese (unprepared)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup frozen corn kernels
- 1 cup frozen green peas
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- Salt to taste
- Brown the Beef: In a large saucepan or skillet, sauté the ground beef over medium-high heat until it’s completely browned. Once browned, drain any excess fat from the pan.
- Add Macaroni and Cheese: To the skillet with the beef, add the powdered cheese mix and noodles from the box of Kraft Macaroni and Cheese. Stir everything together to get the beef and noodles well combined.
- Mix in the Vegetables and Milk: Add the diced tomatoes, milk, frozen corn, and frozen peas to the skillet. Season with salt to taste.
- Cook the Mixture: Cover the skillet and bring the mixture to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 12-15 minutes, or until the noodles are tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.
- Add Cheese and Serve: Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the cooked dish. Cover the skillet for a few more minutes to let the cheese melt, then serve hot.
