The salmon fillets are seasoned with a blend of onion, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, rosemary, salt, and pepper, then pan-seared to perfection. Salmon:

  • 1 lb. skinless salmon fillets

Seasoning:

  • 1 tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 blended onion and 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 sprigs of finely chopped rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Other:

  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • Finely chopped parsley for topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare Salmon: Pat dry the salmon fillets and season with the onion and garlic blend, Old Bay seasoning, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon.
  2. Sear Salmon: Rub the seasoning on all sides of the salmon. Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp. butter in a pan over medium-low heat until sizzling. Add salmon fillets and sear for 3-4 minutes on one side until golden.
  3. Flip the fillets and sear for another 2-3 minutes. Add the remaining butter and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. Check for doneness by cutting the thickest part of the salmon.
  4. Sprinkle chopped parsley over the salmon before serving. Enjoy with your choice of side dishes.
