  • 1 cup mashed sweet potato
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Dry ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line muffin tin with baking cups.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, add wet ingredients and mix to combine.
  3. Add dry ingredients and mix until wet and dry ingredients are combined.
