3/4 cup (grated parmesan, Romano, Asiago)

Fontina cheese:

Mozzarella cheese:

1 1/2 cups (grated)

Instructions

  1. Cook and prep the ziti pasta: In a large pot, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water, then toss with oil to prevent sticking. Set aside.
  2. Make the five-cheese marinara: Combine marinara sauce, heavy cream, diced tomatoes, and sugar in a saucepan. Simmer and add 1/2 cup parmesan, 1/2 cup fontina, and 1/2 cup mozzarella. Stir until bubbly, then remove from heat.
