This delightful no-bake dessert combines the classic flavors of Oreo cookies and zesty lemon in a creamy, luscious treat that will impress your taste buds.

For the Base:

  • 36 Golden Oreos, divided
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

For the Filling:

  • 1 3.4 ounce box INSTANT lemon, coconut, cheesecake, or vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup nonfat milk
  • 12 ounces whipped topping (approximately 1 ½ 8-ounce containers)
  • 1 cup lemon curd, jarred or homemade, or lemon pie filling

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base: Place 20 cookies in a gallon-sized sandwich bag. Crush the cookies coarsely with a rolling pin. Add melted butter, distribute evenly, and press into the bottom of a 9×9” pan.
  2. Make the Filling: In a medium bowl, mix pudding and milk until smooth. Let it sit for 2 minutes, then fold in a cup of whipped topping. Spread this mixture over the cookie base.
  3. Add Layers: Crush the remaining cookies and sprinkle half over the pudding layer. Mix lemon curd with whipped topping and spread over the cookies. Top with the remaining whipped topping and cookies.
  4. Chill and Serve: Cover the dessert with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
