  • 2 Tbsp PBfit Pumpkin Spice
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp additional milk (to add after initial processing)

  • Crushed graham crackers
  • Chocolate chips
  • Drizzle of 2 Tbsp PBfit Pumpkin Spice mixed with 1 ½ Tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base: Add the milk, canned pumpkin, vanilla protein powder, and PBfit Pumpkin Spice into the Ninja Creami container. Whisk together thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and evenly combined.
  2. Freeze the Mixture: Place the container in the freezer and let it freeze solid for 24 hours to ensure proper consistency for processing.
  3. Initial Creaming: After freezing, remove the container and insert it into the Ninja Creami. Select the ‘Light Ice Cream’ setting to process. Remove the container once finished; the ice cream will appear somewhat powdery at this stage.
  4. Add Milk and Respin: Create a small hole in the center of the ice cream and add 2 tablespoons of milk. Place the container back into the Ninja Creami and select the ‘Respin’ function. This will make the ice cream creamy and smooth.
  5. Serve and Enjoy: Optionally fold in crushed graham crackers or chocolate chips and drizzle with the PBfit Pumpkin Spice and milk mixture if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy your high-protein pumpkin spice ice cream!
