A flavorful and easy-to-make dish that combines tender chicken with crispy potatoes, topped with melted cheese and tangy pepperoncinis.

For Potatoes:

  • 4 medium/large potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika to taste

For Chicken:

  • 2 chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 TBSP Aus Ju Gravy Mix
  • 1 TBSP Ranch seasoning
  • 2 TBSP butter
  • Pepperoncinis or banana peppers, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare Potatoes: Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Air fry at 400°F for about 20 minutes, shaking occasionally.
  2. Cook Chicken: Season chicken with olive oil, Aus Ju Gravy Mix, and Ranch seasoning. Cook in a skillet with butter over medium-high heat.
  3. Combine: Once cooked, add potatoes to the skillet with chicken. Mix well.
  4. Finish: Top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoncinis. Broil briefly to melt the cheese, or cover and let sit until melted.
  5. Serve: Enjoy your delicious Mississippi Chicken & Potatoes!
