For Potatoes:
- 4 medium/large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika to taste
For Chicken:
- 2 chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 TBSP Aus Ju Gravy Mix
- 1 TBSP Ranch seasoning
- 2 TBSP butter
- Pepperoncinis or banana peppers, to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Prepare Potatoes: Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Air fry at 400°F for about 20 minutes, shaking occasionally.
- Cook Chicken: Season chicken with olive oil, Aus Ju Gravy Mix, and Ranch seasoning. Cook in a skillet with butter over medium-high heat.
- Combine: Once cooked, add potatoes to the skillet with chicken. Mix well.
- Finish: Top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoncinis. Broil briefly to melt the cheese, or cover and let sit until melted.
