Sauce:

  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1 cup chicken broth (low sodium)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh basil (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the rigatoni until al dente, then drain and set aside.
