  • 1.5 lbs. ground beef (sub chicken if desired)
  • 2 eggs (beaten)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, salt, oregano, and bread crumbs. Add beaten eggs and ground meat. Mix gently until just combined, being careful not to over-mix.
  3. Form Meatballs: Using an ice cream scooper or spoon, shape the mixture into meatballs about the size of a golf ball. Place them 1 inch apart on a foil-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake: Bake the meatballs for 15 minutes, then flip them and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until they are crispy on the outside.
