Ingredients

Strawberries

  • 1 lb strawberries, sliced

Mandarines

  • 30 oz mandarines, canned and drained

Peaches

  • 30 oz peaches, canned and drained

Red Jello

  • 3.4 oz red jello, prepared

Orange Jello

  • 3.4 oz orange jello, prepared

Cool Whip

  • 8 oz cool whip, defrosted

Mozzarella Cheese

  • ½ cup Mozzarella cheese, grated on large holes

Instructions

  1. Prepare Jello: Make jello according to the package instructions using ¾ cup cold water and ¾ cup hot water. Let set in the fridge until firm.
  2. Prep Ingredients: Slice strawberries, grate Mozzarella cheese, drain and cut peaches and mandarines into smaller pieces.
  3. Cube Jello: Once the jello is firm, cut into ½ inch cubes.
  4. Combine: In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together with defrosted cool whip.
  5. Serve: Enjoy the fruit salad freshly mixed or store leftovers in the fridge. For a make-ahead option, prep ingredients separately and mix before serving.
