  • 4 bone-in chicken thighs (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare Baking Dish: Spray a large baking dish with nonstick spray or brush with olive oil.
  3. Season Chicken: In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and thyme. Rub this mixture over each chicken thigh.
