  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 3 cups diced russet potatoes (about 3 russet potatoes)
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 1 Tablespoon dried parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Sauté Meat Mixture: Cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until browned. Add flour and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add Broth and Seasonings: Stir in beef broth, dried onion, onion powder, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute.
  4. Mix in Cheese and Sour Cream: Add cheddar cheese and sour cream to the meat mixture. Stir until combined.
