- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 8 oz mafalda pasta (uncooked – or any short noodle *see note)
- 2 ½ cups beef broth
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- Heat the Ground Beef: Heat a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into smaller pieces. Drain any excess fat.
- Season the Beef: Add dried minced onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir to combine.
- Add Remaining Ingredients: Stir in marinara sauce, uncooked pasta, beef broth, and milk. Scrape any brown bits from the bottom of the pot.
