Ingredients

Frozen Banana:

  • 1 Banana (frozen)

Medjool Dates:

  • 2 Medjool Dates (pitted)

Unsweetened Shredded Coconut:

  • 3 Tablespoons Unsweetened Shredded Coconut

Vanilla Greek Yogurt:

  • 1/2 Cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt (or substitute a dairy-free yogurt)

Spices:

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg

Almond Milk:

  • 1 Cup Almond Milk

Instructions

  1. Blend: Add all of your ingredients to a blender and blend on high until they’re fully combined.
  2. Scrape: If needed, you can pause the blender, remove the lid, and scrape down the sides so that everything is fully incorporated.
  3. Serve: Once done, serve and enjoy! This recipe makes one large smoothie, or two normal-sized ones!
