  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet (1 oz) taco seasoning
  • ½ cup water
  • 6 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

For the Dough and Topping:

  • 1 tube (16 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook Beef: Brown ground beef, drain fat, then stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer 5 minutes until thick.
  2. Prep Oven: Heat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  3. Roll Dough: Stretch pizza dough into 10×15 inch rectangle on floured surface.
  4. Add Fillings: Spread beef over dough leaving a border, top with bacon and cheese.
  5. Form Roll: Roll up from the long side into a tight log and pinch edges closed.
  6. Slice: Cut log into 1-inch pieces and place on baking sheet.
