Broth and Soup:

  • 14.5 oz can of Beef Broth
  • 10.5 oz can of French Onion Soup

Additional:

  • 1 stick of Butter, cold
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Prepare rice: Spread the uncooked rice evenly in an 8×8 inch pan.
  3. Add broth: Pour the Beef Broth over the rice.
  4. Include soup: Pour the French Onion Soup over the rice and broth.
  5. Add butter: Layer cold butter pats evenly over the rice and soup.
  6. Bake covered: Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Bake uncovered: Remove foil, bake for an additional 25 minutes.
