Spaghetti:
- 12 ounces spaghetti, cooked al dente
Chicken:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
Cheese:
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Onion Mixture:
- 1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
Sauce:
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
Seasonings:
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

- Cook the Spaghetti: Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
