  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 can (15 oz) green beans, drained
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup milk
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite blend)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook Meat: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground meat with the chopped onion and garlic until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess grease.
  3. Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked meat mixture, sliced potatoes, carrots, green beans, cream of mushroom soup, and milk. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix until everything is well coated.
  4. Transfer to Baking Dish: Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
