  • ½ cup panko bread crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons whole milk
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon Italian herbs
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1/3 cup yellow onion (finely diced)
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together until well combined.
