Ripe Avocados:

  • 2 medium avocados, peeled and pitted

Fresh Lime Juice:

  • 23 tbsp, to taste (about 2 to 3 medium limes)

Plain Greek Yogurt (or Sour Cream/Mexican Crema):

  • ½ cup

Garlic:

  • 1 clove, minced (about ½ teaspoon)

Fresh Cilantro:

  • ¼ cup, loosely packed

Salt and Black Pepper:

  • To taste

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Combine ripe avocados, lime juice, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, cilantro, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Process the ingredients until the avocado crema reaches a smooth consistency, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed.
  3. Transfer and serve. Transfer the creamy avocado lime crema to a squeeze bottle or bowl and use immediately as a delicious topping or dip.
