  • 480 mL milk
  • 60 g Dijon mustard
  • 100 g shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Season and Prepare Chicken: Evenly coat chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Flatten Chicken Breasts: Place each chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap and gently pound to an even thickness of approximately 1 cm.
  3. Fill and Roll Chicken: Layer Swiss cheese and ham on each breast, roll tightly, and secure with plastic wrap.
  4. Secure and Chill Rolls: Wrap each roll tightly and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat Oil: Heat oil in a pan for frying.
  6. Bread the Rolls: Dredge each roll in flour, egg, and panko crumbs.
  7. Fry the Chicken: Deep fry the breaded rolls until golden brown.
  8. Prepare Dijon Sauce: Make a roux with butter, garlic, flour, milk, Dijon, and Parmesan.
