- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Accompaniment
- Assorted fresh vegetables (carrots, celery, bell peppers, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, etc.)
- Prepare the Dip Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth and well blended.
- Add Fresh Ingredients and Seasonings: Stir in finely chopped green onions, lemon juice, minced fresh parsley, dill weed, minced garlic, seasoned salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly to evenly distribute all ingredients.
- Chill the Dip: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate the dip for at least 2 hours. This allows the flavors to meld together and the dip to thicken slightly.
- Serve: Before serving, optionally sprinkle additional fresh parsley on top for garnish. Serve the dip chilled alongside an assortment of fresh vegetables for dipping.
