  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Accompaniment

  • Assorted fresh vegetables (carrots, celery, bell peppers, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dip Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth and well blended.
  2. Add Fresh Ingredients and Seasonings: Stir in finely chopped green onions, lemon juice, minced fresh parsley, dill weed, minced garlic, seasoned salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly to evenly distribute all ingredients.
  3. Chill the Dip: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate the dip for at least 2 hours. This allows the flavors to meld together and the dip to thicken slightly.
  4. Serve: Before serving, optionally sprinkle additional fresh parsley on top for garnish. Serve the dip chilled alongside an assortment of fresh vegetables for dipping.
