Crockpot Sweet and Spicy Kielbasa Bites Recipe

Kielbasa:
- 3 lb smoked polska kielbasa (1/3 inch slices)
Sauce:
- 1 12 oz chili sauce (i.e. Heinz)
- 1 10 oz jar pineapple preserves
- 1 cup thick smoky barbecue sauce (i.e. Sweet Baby Rays)
- 1–2 tsp red pepper flakes (Adjust to your taste)
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- Spray the Crockpot: Spray the inside of a 6-quart oval crockpot with cooking spray. Arrange the kielbasa slices on the bottom.
- Mix the Sauce: In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the chili sauce, pineapple preserves, barbecue sauce, red pepper flakes, vinegar, garlic salt, onion powder, and cumin.
- Pour Sauce Over Kielbasa: Pour the sauce evenly over the kielbasa slices.
- Cook: Cover and lock the lid. Cook on high for 2-3 hours or on low for 4-6 hours.
- Serve: Keep warm until serving.
