Chicken:

  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 12 tablespoons olive oil

Sauce:

  • 10.5 oz. cream of chicken soup
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 1 cup sour cream, at room temperature
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 oz. packet Ranch seasoning mix

Instructions

  1. Season/Sear the Chicken: Slice the chicken into thinner slices, pound if needed. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Brush with melted butter. Sear in a pan until golden brown, then set aside.
  2. Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, combine cream of chicken soup, milk, sour cream, onion powder, and Ranch seasoning mix. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add chicken back to the skillet, spoon sauce on top. Cover and let chicken heat through for about 10 minutes.
