Instructions

  1. Mix Ingredients: Add almond butter, maple syrup, protein powder, vanilla extract, rolled oats, salt, and cinnamon to a mixing bowl. Mix until a thick batter forms.
  2. Form Balls: Line a baking sheet with wax paper. Use a mini cookie scoop to drop balls of batter onto the sheet. Roll each ball smooth.
  3. Prepare Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips and coconut oil in 10-15 second increments until smooth.
  4. Drizzle Chocolate: Drizzle melted white chocolate over the energy bites.
