Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and baking soda.
  3. Incorporate Butter: Add the cold cubed butter and use a pastry cutter or your fingers to break it into small crumbs.
