  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red chili pepper flakes

For the Green Beans:

  • 1 lb. green beans, trimmed
  • 3 tablespoons butter, divided
  • ½ cup fresh chopped parsley
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce, such as Sriracha
  • ¼ teaspoon salt and fresh cracked black pepper
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • ½ cup chicken stock

Instructions

  1. Season and Cook Chicken: In a small bowl, combine paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Season chicken thighs with this mixture. Set aside. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken thighs for 5-6 minutes on each side. Transfer cooked chicken to a plate.
