Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9-inch round pie dish with butter.
  2. Mix Egg Mixture: In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, sour cream, and mayonnaise until combined.
  3. Prepare Dry Ingredients: In a small bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and cornstarch. Gradually whisk into the wet mixture until smooth.
  4. Prep Cabbage: In another bowl, season cabbage with salt. Soften by scrunching for 30 seconds, then add green onions and dill.
