Buffalo Chicken Filling:

  • 3 cups Slow Cooker Pulled Buffalo Chicken

Cheese Mixture:

  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • ¼ cup blue cheese dressing, plus more for serving
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese, plus more for serving
  • ¼ cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup Fontina cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup Gouda, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Franks RedHot Original Hot Sauce

Additional Ingredients:

  • 2 packages refrigerated Pillsbury Grands! Buttermilk Biscuits
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare Buffalo Chicken Filling: Make the Slow Cooker Pulled Buffalo Chicken according to the recipe and measure out 3 cups.
  2. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  3. Prepare Cheese Mixture: In a medium saucepan, combine cream cheese, blue cheese dressing, crumbled blue cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, Fontina cheese, Gouda, and Frank’s RedHot sauce. Whisk over medium heat until melted.
  4. Combine Ingredients: Remove from heat and stir in the Buffalo Chicken. Spread the mixture on a sheet tray and refrigerate until cooled.
  5. Divide Mixture: Cut the cooled mixture into 16 portions.
  6. Assemble Bombs: Flatten each biscuit into a 5-inch circle. Place a portion of the Buffalo Chicken mixture in the center of each biscuit, then fold and pinch the edges to seal.
  7. Bake: Arrange the filled biscuits in a baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Finish: Brush the baked bombs with melted butter and sprinkle with kosher salt.
  9. Serve: Serve hot with extra blue cheese dressing, crumbled blue cheese, and hot sauce.
