Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8″ pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal. Chill a mixing bowl in the freezer.
  2. Whip Cream: In the chilled bowl, whip cold cream and powdered sugar to stiff peaks.
