These Barbecue Chicken & Coleslaw Wraps are a delicious and satisfying meal perfect for lunch or a quick dinner. Tender rotisserie chicken tossed in tangy barbecue sauce, crunchy coleslaw, and creamy American cheese all wrapped up in a soft flour tortilla.

For the Barbecue Chicken:

  • 2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce

For the Wraps:

  • 4 (10-inch) flour tortillas
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 1 cup deli coleslaw, drained
  • 4 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Yellow Deli American, cut in half diagonally

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Combine chicken and barbecue sauce in a bowl; set aside.
  2. Step 2: Warm tortilla on a paper towel in the microwave for 10 seconds. Layer with 1 lettuce leaf. Spread 1/2 cup of chicken mixture and 1/4 cup of coleslaw across the middle of the tortilla. Top with 2 cheese halves. Bring the edges of the tortilla over the filling and secure with a toothpick. Wrap in parchment or waxed paper, if desired.
