This Air Fryer Salmon recipe is a quick and flavorful way to prepare tender and moist salmon filets. The sweet and savory glaze adds a delicious twist to this easy dish.

Ingredients

Scale

Salmon:

  • 2 salmon filets (68 ounces each)

Glaze:

  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce (or tamari for gluten free)
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
  • Kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, and garlic or garlic powder. Set aside. This will be your glaze.
  2. Pat dry the salmon filets and season each with salt and pepper.
  3. Line your air fryer basket with foil. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees for 3 minutes.
  4. Place the salmon filets into the air fryer basket and pour the glaze over the top. Close the air fryer and cook for 4-8 minutes, checking for doneness.
  5. Remove the salmon from the air fryer and serve with the remaining sauce. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Make sure to adjust cooking time based on the thickness of your salmon filets.
  • Feel free to add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice before serving for a citrusy kick.
