  • 500g Boneless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp White pepper
  • ½ tsp Garlic powder
  • ⅓ cup Milk
  • 2 large Eggs, whisked

For the Batter:

  • ½ cup All-purpose flour
  • ½ cup Cornstarch
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika

For the Bang Bang Sauce:

  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp Sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice (optional)

For Garnish:

  • ¼ cup Chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds
  • ½ tsp Red chili flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and marinate in salt, pepper, garlic powder, milk, and eggs for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Coat the Chicken: Mix flour, cornstarch, salt, pepper, and paprika in a separate bowl. Coat each piece of chicken with the dry batter.
  3. Fry the Chicken: Heat oil in a frying pan to 350°F (175°C). Fry chicken pieces in batches for 4-5 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Make the Sauce: Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  5. Coat the Chicken in Sauce: Toss fried chicken in the prepared bang bang sauce until fully coated.
